Costco Starts Selling Audiobooks

While experts predict that Costco will soon hike the price of membership for the first time in years, the retailer is working to make that membership even more attractive. With the launch of an audiobook store and a free app, Costco is already busily undercutting Amazon on price: for example, a bundle of the first three "Outlander" books is $29.99 from Costco, while Amazon's Audible sells the first book alone for $34.99. 

So far the retailer appears to only be selling bundles of audiobooks grouped by author or genre, including books by Gillian Flynn, classics, and biographies of famous figures.
